Mission Statement

We have a simple, but important mission:

To continue to excel as specialists in the management of student housing owned by non-profits.

This mission defines our purpose and provide a clear road map for how we approach each day.  It guides how we make decisions, who we select as management associates, as well as how we work with our non-profit owners and related university stakeholders.  It also sets us apart from management companies that own and operate off-campus student housing and have much different priorities and objectives.

We achieve our mission by: 

  • Remaining focused on managing on-campus student housing and the critical role housing plays in the success of students and institutions.
  • Understanding the demands and challenges placed on administrators and the institutions they serve.
  • Being a partner willing to customize innovative approaches which bring out the strengths of both university stakeholders and our management professionals.

  • Helping institutions recruit, retain, and connect students to the campus.
  • Providing corporate support services to our management associates and owners tailored to the unique nature and requirements of the non-profit ownership structure.
