Start-Up Management

Opening a new housing community requires thoughtful planning long before the community opens to the residents.  Everything done from initial design through move-In day must be focused on providing a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe living environment.

Capstone’s Start-Up Specialists have extensive experience in all aspects of the start-up process.  They are involved beginning with the initial design of the project through the construction phase, and extending through the warranty period.  Their focus is on making intelligent decisions with an eye toward student satisfaction, asset longevity, cost control, and operational feasibility.
